Website content
Pages on this site describe our CNC machining, fabrication, finishing, and prototyping services in general terms. Descriptions of capabilities, materials, processes, and lead times are informational. They are not a binding offer. Specifications, pricing, and delivery are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract agreed by both parties.
Quote requests and orders
Quotations are prepared against the drawings, 3D models, specifications, and assumptions provided at the time of the request. Changes to design, revision, quantity, material grade, finish, tolerance, or delivery requirements may require a revised quote. Order acceptance, payment terms, production schedule, and delivery are governed by the written purchase order and agreement for that transaction.
Intellectual property
CAD files, drawings, and related materials you submit remain your property. We use them only to evaluate manufacturability, prepare a quote, and produce parts under an agreed order, subject to any confidentiality obligations. Content on this website — text, images, and layout — is owned by China Precision CNC or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
Confidentiality
Information you mark as confidential, or that is clearly commercial in nature, is treated as confidential by our quoting and engineering staff. For programs with heightened confidentiality requirements (including ITAR-controlled or export-restricted work), flag the control status before drawings change hands so a suitable agreement can be put in place.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, China Precision CNC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws specified in your written supply contract where one is in effect. In the absence of a written agreement, disputes will be handled as stated on the applicable purchase order or as agreed in writing between the parties.
